PARCEL 3. <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of <br />Minnie Street with the soutIB rly line of Broadway; thence at a right <br />angle southerly from said southerly line of Broadway on and along the <br />centerline of Minnie Street to its intersection with the centerline of <br />George Street extended easterly in a straight line; thence at a right <br />nangle westerly from said centerline of Minnie Street on and along the <br />j extension of the centerline of George Street and along the centerline <br />of George Street 215 feet to a point; thence at a right angle to the <br />centerline of George Street in a northerly direction to the northerly <br />line of George Street and the point of beginning of this parcel of land; <br />thence from said point of beginning running westerly along the northerly <br />line of George Street to the northeasterly lire of El Camino Real; <br />thence northwesterly on and along said northeasterly line of E1 Camino <br />Real to a point which is distant along said northeasterly line of El <br />Camino Real 32.13 feet in a northwesterly direction from the center- <br />line of George Street; thence running easterly parallel to and distant <br />25 feet northerly from the centerline of George Street 82.79 feet, <br />more or less to a point which is distant 215 feet westerly from the <br />centerline of Minnie Street; thence running in a southerly direction ten <br />feet, more or less, parallel to and distant 215 feet westerly from the <br />centerline of Minnie Street to the point of beginning; being a;portion <br />of Villa Lot 13 and a portion of what was formerly 5th Street, as same <br />is shown on "Map of the Town of Mezesville", filed August 1, 1856 in <br />Book 1 of Maps at page 79, Records of San Mateo County, State of <br />California. <br />PARCEL 4. <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of <br />Minnie Street with the southerly line of Broadway; thence at a right <br />angle southerly from said southerly line of Broadway on and along the <br />centerline of Minnie Street to the southerly line of George Street <br />extended easterly in a straight line; thence westerly from said center- <br />line of Minnie Street on and along the extension of the'southerly line <br />of George Street and along the southerly line of George Street 25 feet <br />to the point of beginning of this parcel of land; thence from said point <br />of beginning running southerly on a line parallel to and 25 feet wester- <br />ly from the prolongation of said centerline of Minnie Street ten feet <br />more or less to a point which is 25 feet southerly from the centerline <br />of George Street; thence running on a line parallel with and distant <br />25 feet southerly from the centerline of George Street to the north- <br />easterly line of El Camino Real; thence on and along said northeast- <br />erly line of El Camino Real in a northwesterly direction to the south- <br />erly line of George Street; thence easterly on and along said south- <br />erly line of George Street to a point whIch is distant 25 feet westerly <br />from the centerline of Minnie Street and the point of beginning; being <br />a portion of Villa Lot 12 and a portion of what was formerly 5th Street <br />as same is shown on "Map of the Town of Mezesville", filed August 1, <br />1856, in Book 1 of Maps at page 79, Records of San Mateo County, State <br />of California. <br />THEREFORE-, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that said hereinbefore described real property be and the same is <br />hereby declared to be a part of George Street in said City of Redwood <br />City and is hereby dedicated to public use. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of April, 1930, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes and infavor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: W.J.Dusel, C.J.Hildebrant, P.A.McCarthy, G.W.MeNulty, <br />D.R.Stafford, Z.T.Thorning, H.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen: NONE. <br />H.
