Zoo <br />City and is hereby dedicated to public use. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of April, 1930,, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: W.J.Dusel, C.J.Hildebrant,'P.A.McCarthy, G.W.McNulty, <br />D.R.Stafford, Z.T.Thorning, H.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen NONE. <br />H. A. BEEGER <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Attest: B. E. MYERS <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this 7th day of <br />April, 1930. <br />H. A. BEEGER <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered t}e following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLVED, THAT WHEREAS, The City of Redwood City has hereto-'' <br />fore accepted deeds for the purpose of widening -George Street in said <br />City of the following described real property to -wit: <br />PARCEL 1-. <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of <br />Minnie Street with the southerly line of Broadway;•thence at'a 'right <br />angle southerly from said southerly line of Broadway on and" along- the' <br />centerline of Minnie Street to its 'intersection with the -centerline of <br />George Street extended easterly in a straight line; thence'at.a right <br />angle westerly from said centerline of Minnie•Street; on and: alon8 the <br />extension of the centerline of George Street and along the centerline <br />of George Street 25 feet to a point; thence at a right angle to the <br />centerline of George Street in a northerly direction to the northerly <br />line of George Street and the point of beginning of this parcel of land; <br />thence from said point of beginning 115 -feet westerly on and along said <br />northerly line of George Street; thence running on a line parallel to <br />and distant 140 feet west.erly from the centerline of Minnie Street to <br />a point which is 25 feet northerly from the centerline of George Street; <br />thence running 115 feet easterly parallel to and distant 25 feet north- <br />erly from the centerline of George Street, to a point which is distant <br />25 feet westerly from the centerline of Minnie Street; thence running <br />in a southerly direction 10 feet, more or less parallel to and distant <br />25 feet westerly from the centerline of Minnie Street to the point of <br />beginning; being a portion of Villa Lot 12, as same is shown on "Map <br />of the Town of Mezesville", filed August 1, 1856, in Boo3A 1 of Maps at <br />page 79.. Records of San Mateo County, State of California. <br />PARCEL 2. <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of <br />Minnie Street with the southerly line of Broadway; thence at a right <br />angle southerly from said souther'1y line of Broadway on and along the <br />centerline of Minnie Street to its intersection with the centerline of <br />George Street extended easterly in a straight line; thence at a right <br />angle westerly from said centerline of Minnie Street on and along the <br />extension of the centerline of George Street and along the centerline <br />of George Street 140 feet to a point; thence at a right angle to the <br />centerline of George Street in a northerly direction to the northerly <br />line of George Street and the point of beginning of this parcel of ldnd; <br />thence from said point of beginning 75 feet westerly on and along said <br />northerly line of George Street; thence running on a 'line parallel to <br />and distant 215 feet westerly from the centerline of Minnie Street to <br />a point which is 25 feet northerly from the centerline of George Street; <br />thence running 75 feet easterly parallel to and distant 25 feet north- <br />erly from the centerline of George Street to a point which is distant <br />140 feet westerly from the centerline of Minnie Street; thence running <br />in a southerly direction 10 feet more or less, parallel to and distant <br />140 feet westerly from the centerline of Minnie Street to the point of <br />beginning; being a portion of Villa Lot 12 and a portion of what was <br />formerly 5th Street, as same are shown on "Map of the Town of Mezes- <br />ville", filed August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page 79, Records of <br />San Mateo County, State of California. <br />fJ <br />
