I 86 of Deeds at page 502, under second Records of San Mateo County, State of California, and the point of beginning of this parcel of land; thence from said point of beginning running in a southerly direction on a line parallel with and distant 25 feet easterly from the centerline of Minnie Street above described and said centerline produced southerly, to an intersection with the production northwesterly of the southwest- erly line of Lot 17, as the same is shown on map of "James Street Addition", filed July 19, 1927, in Book 16 of Maps at page 13, Records of San Mateo County, State of California; thence running on and along the production of the southwesterly line of Lot 17 southeasterly to the southeasterly boundary line of the above mentioned parcel of land conveyed by L.A. Richard et Ux to the Southern Pacific Railroad Company; thence southwesterly along said boundary line 41 feet, more or less to an angle point in said boundary line; thence northerly on and along said boundary line of the above mentioned parcel to a point 200 feet southerly from the southerly line of Broadway, said point being the most westerly corner of said parcel of land conveyed by L.A.
