S This being the time for canvassing the returns of the special municipal and consolidated election held in the City of Redwood City on the p �Jj 14th day of April, 1930, which election was held pursuant to ordinance No. 310 of the Council of the said City of Redwood City and of the charter of said City and according to law said Council examined the returns of said special municipal and consolidated ' election as delivered by the Clerk of said City and found the same properly sealed and in proper condition. Said Council proceeded to canvass said returns and ha ving.canvassed said returns in public by opening said returns and estimating and computing the votes cast at said special municipal and consolidated election, hereby declared the result of said election as follows, to -wit: s That the total number of votes cast at said special 1 municipal and consolidated election was and is 1367.
