<br />WHEREAS, in and by said hesolution of Intention No. M-7 and the notices
<br />of the passage thereof posted as aforesaid, s aid Council of the City of
<br />Redwood City fixed Monday the 5th day of Map, .1930, at the hour of 8 o'clock
<br />P.M. of said day at the meeting place of said Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City, in the Council chamber in the City Hall on Webster Street in said
<br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the
<br />day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any ,
<br />objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No. M-7, or to the district to be assessed for
<br />said work and improvements, or to the proposed grades at which.said
<br />work and improvements are to be done and made, could appear before said
<br />Council and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should
<br />not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.
<br />M-71 or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried
<br />out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles,
<br />detailed drawings and specifications referred to in said Resolution of
<br />Intention No. TF -7 and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the
<br />- City of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour and place aforesaid when and whert✓ any
<br />and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improve=
<br />ments described in said Resolution of Intention No. M-7, or having any
<br />objections to the district to be assessed for said work and improvements,
<br />or having any objections to the proposed grades at which said work and
<br />improvements are to be.done and made, could appear before the Council of the
<br />City of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements
<br />should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention
<br />No. M-7, or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried
<br />out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles,
<br />detailed drawings and specifications referred to in said Resolution of
<br />Intention No. M-7 which is now on file in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />City of Redwood City, certain owners of Ibroperty in the district to be
<br />assessed for said work and improvements made written objections against
<br />said work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No.
<br />E M-7 and against the extent of the district to be assessed for saidwork
<br />j and improvements: and
<br />WHEREAS, said Council of the City of Redwood City did proceed to
<br />hear and consider said protests and objections and after having fully
<br />heard and considered each and all of said protests and objections did
<br />overrule each and all of said objections andprotests and said Council
<br />now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and
<br />improvements:
