an <br />Fund with the understanding that this fund would be reimbursed later on. <br />After a short recess to consider the matter, upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, <br />seconded by Councilman Dusel, Elmore B. Hinman was chosen to serve as <br />Councilman in place of Z. T. Thorning, resigned. <br />Mayor Stafford announced that instead of having committees representing certain <br />functions of the City Government he desired to have just one Councilman <br />serve in an advisory capacity between the City Manager and the Council. He <br />accordingly appointed the following: <br />Finance --Councilman Geo. W. McNulty <br />Police --Councilman H. A. Beeger <br />Fire --Councilman Paul A. McCarthy <br />Harbor --Councilman C. J. Hildebrant <br />Streets --Councilman Elmore B. Hinman <br />Planning Commiccion and all Public Utilities <br />with the exception of Harbors, --Councilman W.J.Dusel. <br />Upon motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, it was <br />ordered that the bills approved by the Finance Commizttee be paid. <br />Reports were received and ordered filed, upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, <br />seconded by Councilman McNulty. <br />Adjournment. <br />4.
