That the above mentioned and described streets, avenues and portions thereof be graded for their full widths and for the lengths herinbefore mentioned and that the roadways thereof be paved with a cement concrete pavement five (5) Inches In thick- ness laid upon a base or cushion of broken stone three (3) inches In thickness after rolling with a cushion of sand one (1) inch in thickness laid between said broken stone base and said cement con- crete pavement, provided, however, that said cement concrete pave- ment shall have a thickness of seven (7) inches along the center- line thereof and along the center- line of all Intersecting streets and taper to a thickness of five (5) Inches at points three (3) feet on each side of said centerlines. 2. That a channel of the section and dimensions shown -on the plans be excavated through Block 8, New High School Acres within the lines of the right of way, through said Block 8, New High School Acres; the four (4) foot by five (5) foot box storm water culvert and all storm water inlets are to be re- inforced with steel as shown on the plans, profiles, detailed draw- ings and specifications referred to herein. 7. That the existing sewers along the centerlines of Ruby Street, Quartz Street and Madison Ave- nue be Iowered as shown on the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications to accommodate the four (4) foot by five (5) foot box storm water culvert herein- before ordered, and that one (1) cast iron pipe eight (8) inches ini diameter and twelve (12) feet in', length be provided and placed at' the sewer crossing under said culvert on Madison Avenue, and one (1) cast iron pipe six (6) Inches in diameter and twelve (12) feet in length be provided and placed at the sewer crossing under the culvert to be built on Ruby street and also one (1) cast iron pipe six (6) inches in diameter and twelve (12) feet in Iength be pro- vided and placed at the sewer crossing under the culvert on Ne- vada Street. 8. That four (4), four (4) inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer laterals be constructed from the main sewer now in place along the centerline of Quartz Street said four (4) laterals to extend from the main sewer to the northeaster- ly property, line of Quartz Street; that twelve (12), four (4) inch- vitrified nchvitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer laterals be constructed from the main sewer now in place along the centerline of Madison Avenue, said twelve (12) four (4) inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer laterals be constructed from the main sewer now in place along the centerline of Madison Avenue, said twelve (12) laterals to extend from the main sewer to the southeaster- ly property line of Madison Ave- nue. That four (4), four (4) inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer laterals be constructed from the main sewer now in place along the centerline of Nevada Street, said four (4) laterals to extend from the main sewer to the north- easterly property line of Nevada Street. All of the above men- tioned four (4) inch laterals to be connected to their respective main sewers at the wyes from which the existing laterals at these loca- tions are to be removed. There is however excepted from the cement concrete pavement and Integral curb hereinbefore ordered to be built on Ramona Avenue twelve (12) feet at the location of the bridge to be built thereon as more fully shown on the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications.
