u <br />u <br />1-1 <br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and <br />circulated in said City of Redwood Gity, is hereby designated as the news- <br />paper in which to publish this Resolution of Intention as required by law, <br />and the Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed <br />to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published in said newspaper <br />twice as required by law. <br />The Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City shall cause <br />notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention to be posted in <br />time, form, manner and number as required by law. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of July, 1930, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: H. A. Beeger, W. J. Dusel, C. J. Hildebrant, E. B. Hinman, <br />G. W. McNulty, D. R. Stafford. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen P. A. McCarthy. <br />DANIEL R.
