<br />Affidavit of publication for Ordinance No. 313, creating offices and fixing salaries,

<br />Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman Dusel, moved that Ordinance No. 313 creating
<br />certain offices and fixing the salaries thereof be adopted. Carried. For full text

<br />Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant moved the adoption of Ordinance
<br />No. 314 changing the rate on the $55,000 issue of bonds from 5-$ to e2%. Carried.
