<br />*Resolution of Intention 11-12*
<br />Upon motion of Councilman Dusel, seconded by Councilman McNulty, affidgvits of posting and
<br />publication of this Resolution were ordered filed.
<br />_Counailm6m Dusel, seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered the following, Resolution ordering
<br />the work and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK ON M-12.
<br />RESOLVED, THAT W11HREAS', the' Council of the City of Redwood City
<br />did, on"the 21st day of July, 1930, pass and'adopt'Resolution of Inten-
<br />tion,No. M -12 -to order the hereinafter deeoribed work to be done and
<br />improvements to be made in said City of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention
<br />No. M-12,bsaded !NOTICE -OF IMPROVEMENT", irere duly'and regularly posted
<br />along the line of said contemplated work iud'improvements and in front
<br />Of all the property liable to be'assessed therefor, end on all of the'
<br />streets in the district to be assessed therefor, in'time,'form, manner
<br />and number'" required'by law, as appears from the affidavits of C:L.'
<br />Dimmitt, Superintendent of Streets'of the City of Redwood City,'and Lyle
<br />Winter, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said City; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears from'the affidavits of'said C.L.'Dimmitt
<br />and Lyle Winter,_ hereinbefore'referred to'herein, th®it the"posting of
<br />said notices of improvement as aforesaid was completed on the 31st 'day
<br />of July, 1930, and
<br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resoliitioin of Intention No. M-12and the
<br />notices of the passage"thereof _p,olted as eforelaid, said Council of the
<br />City of Redwood City fixed Monday, the*llth day of'Aiigult,'1930, st'the

<br />` . WHEREAS, at the'day, hour anid'place'afoirelaid; when; and where
<br />any'and'all persons having any objections. to.the..pxoposed work and im-
<br />provements described in said Resolution of.Intention..No. M-12, or having
<br />anyobjectione to the district to be assessed therefor, or having any
<br />objections to the proposed grades at which said work and -improvements
<br />are.to be done and made, could appear before the Council of said City of
<br />Redwood City and'shaw cause why said proposed work and improvements
<br />should not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No.
<br />M-12, or why said proposed work end improvements should not be carried
<br />out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles,
<br />detailed drawings and specifications referred,to in said Resolution of
<br />Intention.Nc. M-12,and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />City of Redwood City, no person or persons appeared and no objections of
<br />any, kind were made against'said work and improvements described in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No. M-12 or to the extent of the'distriot to be
<br />assessed therefor, and said Council now having acquired jurisdiction to
<br />order said work and improvements:
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the public interest and convenience
<br />require the work and improvements herein described, and the Council of
<br />the City of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done•and
<br />improvements to'be made in said City of Redwood City, to -wit:
