<br />City Manager reported on the bids for the bridges under the 1930 Bond issue and
<br />recommended that the contract be awarded to Frank U. Brown of Palo Alto, whose
<br />bid of $13,157.78 was the lowest, Upon motion of Councilman,Beeger, seconded
<br />by Cbunciliniu McNulty, the contract was awarded to Mr. Brown at this figure and
<br />the Clerk"was instructed to return the checks of the unsuccessful bidders.
