RESOLVED, that said Council of the City of Redwood City hereby
<br />rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned
<br />and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said im-
<br />provements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, to -nit:

<br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this
<br />award twice in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published,
<br />printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, and hereby desig-
<br />nated for that purpose by the Council of said City.

<br />at the hour of 10:.25 o'clock a m, at a regular adjourned meeting thereof
