• <br />s � <br />relation to the condition of the building or structure now situated <br />upon said hereinafter described real property. <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the.Council of the City of Redwood <br />City and said Council does hereby declare the building or, structure <br />situated upon the hereinafter desortbed real property.to be a public <br />nuisance and does hereby direct the owner to abate said nuisance within <br />thirty (30) -=days from the passage of, this resolution, by having said <br />building razed or re -moved, and if said building is not no abated by <br />the owner the Building Inspeotbr of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br />ordered and directed to raze or -re -move said building and that the <br />expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or parcel of land from which" <br />said building or structure is re -moved and which is hereinafter described. <br />The real property referred to herein upon which the building or structure <br />hereinbefore mentioned is to be re -moved, is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot 17, Resubdivision Block 15, Oak Knoll Manor, as <br />shown on the map thereof of record in the Recorder's <br />office of the County of San Mateo, State of California* <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />at a regular meeting held thereof on the 18th day of August, 19300 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, W J Duael, C J Hildebrant, P A McCarthy, <br />G W McNulty, D R Stafford. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen E B Hinman. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />mayor of the City.of Redwood City <br />Attest: <br />B E MYERS <br />. Drathman, the Building Inspector of the said City of Re¢sood City, <br />did as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance <br />upon the hereinafter described real property and did send a copy of <br />said notice so posted by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the <br />owners of said hereinafter described real property, as said owner is <br />listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood <br />City, and <br />WHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building <br />Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday the 4th day of <br />August, 19301, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day at the Council <br />Chamber in the City Hall of said City of Redwood City, as the time <br />and place when the owner of the building situated upon said herein- <br />after described real property could appeaA and be heard and show cause <br />why said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance and <br />abated by re-construdting or properly repairing said building or by <br />razing or re -moving the same; and <br />l YfHERE88; said time'of hearing was regularly continued by this <br />t Council from the 4th day of August, 1930, at the hour of 8:00 otclock <br />P.M. until Monday the 18th day of August, 1930, at the hour of 8:00 <br />o'clock RM; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council did proceed with said hearing and no <br />objections or representations being made by the owner of the building <br />situated upon the hereinafter described real property, and said <br />Council having heard the testimony of the Building Lnepeotor in <br />relation to the condition of the building or structure now situated <br />upon said hereinafter described real property. <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City and said Council does hereby declare the building or structure <br />situated upon the hereinafter described real property to be a public <br />
