STAFFORD Mayor of the City of Redwood City The City Engineer submitted for approval plans and drawings for the Woodside Road Concrete Culverts authorized under recent bond issue, and upon.motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the plans and drawings were approved as sriiimi.tted and the Clerk was instructed to ask for sealed proposals for doing the work, said 'bids to be opened September 2d. The Building Inspector presented to the Council his several affidavits of posting and mailing notices to property owners.of record for the following described property, They were, upon motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McNulty, ordered filed. After the Building Inspector had testified that each and all of the buildings affected were unusable, dilapidated _"_.could not be repaired.. the following'resolutions:were=adopted declarin& said buildingg.a.public nuisance and empowering the Building Inspector to raze or have said buildings removed if the property owner did not do so within thirty days from the passage of the resolution: RESOLVED by the Council Iof the City of Redwood City, that whereas, C, Drathman, the Building Inspector of the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate -nuisance upon the hereinafter described real property and did send a copy of said notice so posted by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the. owners of said hereinafter described real property, as said owner is 'listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City, and.
