<br />was given permit to install a miniature golf course in the Foley Garage on Broadway.
<br />The City Engineer reported his findings on the amount of frontage and area represented II

<br />by the protestants to the electrolier system on lower Main Street to the effect that
<br />not quite half was represented. Councilman Beeger indicated that in his,opinion the I'
<br />time did not seem to be propitious to put this work through and so moved, seconded
<br />by Councilman Dusel, that the proceedings be cancelled. Carried.
