<br />RESOLVED, that said Council of the City of Redwood City hereby
<br />rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned
<br />and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said im-
<br />provements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, 'tq-twit:
<br />W. 0. TYSON„ at the prices named in HIS bid.
<br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this
<br />award twice in the Redwood City Tribune, it daily newspaper published,
<br />printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, and hereby desig-
<br />nated for that purpose by the Council of said City.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City
<br />at the hour of 9:20 o'clock P.M. at'a regular adjourned meeting thereof
<br />held on the 25th day of August, 1930, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of 'the foregoing Resolution,
<br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, W J Dusel, C J B3ldebrant, G W McNulty, D R STAFFORD.
<br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution,
<br />Councilmen: NONE.
<br />Absent: Councilmen E B Hinman, P A McCarthy.
