by Councilman Mo ulty offered the following resolution accepting this deed: <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the <br />hereunto annexed deed, dated the 25th day of August, 1930, and made <br />between KATHERINE J: CLOTHIER, first party, and the CITY OF RE3FOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, second <br />party, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Redwood City <br />and the Clerk of this Council is hereby ordered to have the same re- <br />corded in the offioe of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, <br />State of California. <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 25th day of <br />August, 19300 by the following vote. <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, w J Dase1,.0 J Hildebrant, G W.MoNulty, <br />i D R Stafford. <br />I <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen E B Hinman, P A McCarthy, <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Attest: <br />B E MYERS <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this 25th day.of August, <br />1930. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Upon motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, the Clerk and <br />Treasurer was instructed to send to the grantor warrant for $2,500,00 in full <br />payment of the property deeded to the City. <br />Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman MoNulty, offered the following Resolution <br />changing and correcting minutes originally entered under date of January 6th and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />IDGMUS,`the tdimtes of'the meeting of thie"Council held on the <br />6th day of Uanivax�c, 1930 apntadned the following items: <br />"On motion of Counoilmsn'McCarbby,-seconded by Councilman <br />McNulty,, R.
