ME <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPT. 2, 1930. <br />8 PM <br />Upon roll call, the following were present: Councilmen Mayor D. R. Stafford, H. A. Beeger, <br />W. J. Dusel, C. J. Hildebrant, E. B. Hinman, G. W. McNulty, and City Clerk B. E. Myers. <br />Absent: Councilman P. A. McCarthy. <br />Upon motion of Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the minutes of the last <br />meeting were approved. <br />Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, introduced ordinance regulating <br />miniature golf courses. <br />The City Manager reported that bids for the construction of Woodside Road culverts had been <br />publicly opened, examined and declared and stated that the lowest bid of $7,502.37 <br />(itemized below) was made by V, DiZillo of Oakland. Upon motion of Councilman Hilde- <br />brant, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the contract was awarded to Mr. V. DiZillo with <br />the understanding that in drawing up the contract the contractor would agree to live <br />up to the Charter requirements concerning the use of local labor and material. <br />WOODSIDB ROAD CULVERTS. <br />Bids received September 2, 1930. <br />Check $775.00 <br />Name of Bidder B.
