304 <br />c <br />The Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br />directed to post a notice of said work and improvements, together with <br />the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications therefor, <br />conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the <br />Council of said City of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids <br />for doing the work and making the improvements ordered herein. Said <br />City Clerk is also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting <br />such sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, profiles, <br />detailed drawings and specifications posted or on file for the period <br />required by law in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper of general <br />circulation published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood <br />City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said City. <br />It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be <br />publicly opened, examined and declared -by the Council of said City of <br />Redwood City at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 6th day <br />of October, 1930. <br />Passed and adopted bj the Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at a regular meeting thereof held on the <br />15th day of September, 19300 by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: H.A.Beeger? w'J Dusel, C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, P A McCarthy, <br />G W McNulty, D R.Stafford. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE <br />Absent: Councilmen NONE <br />DANIEL R. STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty offered resolution approving the <br />diagram of assessment distridt for Minnie and George paving, Resolution M-7 <br />as follows: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNDER <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. IT -7a AND DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER. <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, that the diagram of the assessment dis- <br />trict under Resolution of Intention No. 11--7, passed and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on the 7th day of April, 1930, as <br />said diagram has been prepared by C.L. Dimmitt, Street Superintendent <br />of said City of Redwood City, and submitted this 15th day of September, <br />19300 be and the same is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment <br />district for the work described in said Resolution of Intention No. M-7, <br />which Resolution ofIntention No. M-7 is now on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of the City of Rechvood City, and to which reference is hereby made <br />for a description of the work herein referred to. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City, County of Can Mateo, State of California, that the Redwood City <br />Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said <br />City of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby designated as the newspaper <br />in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of <br />Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" and the "Notice of Filing Unpaid Assess- <br />ment List and of Times Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the work done under <br />said Resolution of Intention No, 11-7 of said Council hereinabove referred <br />to herein. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of September, 1930, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, W J Dusel, C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, P A McCarthy, <br />k <br />1, 0 <br />Iq <br />
