Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at <br />the hour of 8:00 otclock P.M. at a regular meeting thereof held on the <br />15th day of September, 1930, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, W J Dusel, C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, P A McCarthy, <br />G W McNulty, D R Stafford. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: None. <br />Absent: Councilmen -None <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />' Attest: Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />B E MYERS <br />Clerkof the City of Redwood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this 15th day of Sept- <br />ember, 1930. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Building Inspector Drathman reported concerning two buildings which he wished condemned <br />bringing proof that the owners had been notified by registered mail. Upon motion <br />of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Dusel, the hearing was continued <br />until 7:30 o'clock PM, October 6th, at which time proper resolutions would be <br />presented. <br />Upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hinman, the Clerk was <br />' instructed to write to R. E. Wilson, the proprietor of the fox farm, to appear at <br />the next meeting and show reason, if any, why his permit should not be revoked. <br />Councilman Dasel inquired about painting the names of streets and -the Superintendent <br />of Streets explained that his men had been so busy and that he did not want to put <br />on extra men, but would get to that work very soon. <br />Councilman Hildebrant asked about the advisability of putting up a sign at Broadway <br />and the Higbway directing people to the harbor and the matter was referred to <br />the City Manager and Engineer. <br />Councilman McNulty inquired about a sign at Four Points owned by Mr. Witte which <br />obstructed the view along the railroad tracks. This was also referred to the <br />City Manager. <br />Councilman Beeger inquired in regard to what action had been taken concerning the <br />trimming of hedges at corners and the decision was that the property owners be <br />approached to secure their cooperation without a formal ordinance. <br />Upon motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the approved <br />claims were ordered paid. <br />Adjournment to 7:30 otolock PM, October 6th, <br />307 <br />
