<br />ITEM I.- For all twelve (12) inch concrete pipe sewer laid complete, at the
<br />price of 1 ($1.00) Dollars per foot.
<br />ITEM 2.- For all fifteen (15) inch concrete pipe sever'laid complete, at the
<br />price of ($1.40) Dollars per foot.
<br />ITEM 3.- For all eighteen (18) inch concrete pipe sewer complete, at the
<br />price of ($1.70) Dollars per foot.
<br />ITEM 4.- For all concrete storm water catch basins, complete with east iron
<br />frames and gratings, at the price of ($42.00) Dollars each.
<br />ITEM 5.- For one (1) only intercepting catch basin at E1 Camino Real and
<br />Broadway, cover furnished by the City of Redwood City, at the price of
<br />($25.00) Dollars.
<br />ITEM 6.- For one (1) brick manhole, complete with cast iron frame and cover,
<br />at the price of ($40.00) Dollars.
<br />ITEM 7.- For all cement concrete used in rebuilding.pavement, sidewalk or
<br />curb required to be removed in the execution of this contract, at the price
<br />of ($12.00) Dollars per cubic yard of concrete in place.

<br />The City Manager recommended the awarding of the contract to the lowest, regular,
<br />responsible bidder, Geo. C. DeGolyer, and on motion of Councilman McCarthy,
<br />seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, the contract for the construction of the
<br />storm water sewers.on E1 Camino Real was awarded to Geo. C. DeGolyer.
<br />Request was received from Leonard & Holt for a division of the assessment on lots
<br />one (1) and twenty-one (21). Block 7, New High School Acres, and upon motion
<br />of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Dusel, the matter was referred
<br />to the City Engineer to make a re -assessment.
<br />Affidavitsof posting and publishing notice of filing street assessment under Resolution
<br />of Intention No. M-7 were on motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman
<br />McNulty received and filed.
<br />No objections being received to the confirming of street assessment under Resolution of
<br />Intention No. M-7, Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, offered
<br />Resolution Confirming Street Assessment No. M-7, and moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STREET ASSESSMENT NO. M-7.
<br />WHEREAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain
<br />contract dated the 3rd day of June, 1930, between L.A. BACHELDER, the
<br />party of the first part, and C.L. DIMMITT, as Superintendent of Streets
<br />of the City of Redwood City, party of the second part, for the doing of
<br />all street work mentioned and described in Resolution of Intention No.
<br />M-7, passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on
<br />the 6th day of April, 1930, and now on file -in the office of the Clerk
<br />of said City, to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made
<br />for a description of said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk of
<br />said City of Redwood City on the 19th day of September, 1930; and
<br />WHEREAS, said City Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 6th day of
<br />October, 1930, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting
<br />place of the Council of the City of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber
<br />in the City Hall on Webster Street in said City, as the time and place
<br />of hearing on said assessment, as required by law, and as the time and
<br />place for making written objections thereto, as provided for in the
<br />Improvement Act of 1911; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said.assessment and of the time
