J DUSEL <br />Clerk Pro tem of the.City of Recbiood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this 6th day of October, <br />1930. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Upon motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, and carried, <br />ij <br />affidavits of posting and publication of the Notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment <br />j List under Resolution of Intention No. M-1 were received and filed. <br />'I <br />There being no objections to the issuing of bonds under Resolution of Intention No. M--1, <br />Councilman Hinman, seconded by Councilman Dusel, offered Resolution issuing bonds <br />under Resolution of Intention No. M-1 and moved its adoption: <br />AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR TP.E ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS, <br />PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND OF THE INTEREST <br />COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO. <br />ji <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />' Mateo, State of California, did, on the 3rd day of March, 1930, pass and <br />1 adopt its Resolution of Intention No. M-1 for the improvements of a <br />portion of Grand Street, Lexington Street, Iris Street, Sierra Street <br />and Oak Street in said City of Redwood City, under and pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and amendments thereto, and <br />under the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments <br />thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said <br />Council duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution of Inten- <br />tion No. M-1 being hereby expressly made for a description of said work <br />and for further particulars; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly <br />Y <br />awarded and thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street <br />Superintendent and Council of said City of Redwood City, *hereupon an <br />assessment and warrant were made, recorded and delivered to the contractor <br />in time, form and manner as required by said Acts, and the contractor <br />having made due return thereon, and the same having boon duly recorded; <br />and <br />AREAS, on the 12th day of September, 1930, the Street Superin- <br />tendent of the City of Redwood City made and filed with the City Clerk <br />311 <br />
