E. r PERS <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing 'resolution this 15th day of <br />December, 1930. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Councilman McNulty, seconded by Cotiuicilman Dusel, offered the following resolution <br />approving diagram of assessment district under Resolution of Intention I,4-12, being <br />r <br />the paving of certain Central Park streets: <br />t j RESOLUTION APPROVING DIA.GRIM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNDER <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. I11-12, 2111 DESIGNATING NVISPAPER. <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, that the diagram of the assessment dis- <br />trict under Resolution of Intention No. M-12, passed and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on the 21st day of July, 1930, as <br />said diagram has been prepared by C.L. Dimmitt, Street Superintendent <br />of said City of Redwood City, and submitted this 15th day of December, <br />1930, be and the same is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assess- <br />ment district for the work described in said Resolution of Intention <br />No. I1-12, which Resolution of Intention No. 1,1,12 is now on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, and to which reference <br />is hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />} City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that the Redwood City <br />Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said <br />City of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby designated as the <br />newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment <br />and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" and the "Notice of Filing Unpaid <br />Assessment List and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the work <br />done under said Resolution of Intention No. M-12 of said Council here- <br />inabove referred to herein. <br />j Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />1 at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of December, 1930, by <br />3 the following vote: <br />s <br />s Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Seeger, W J Dusel, 0 J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, P A McCarthy.. <br />G W McNulty, D R Stafford. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen NONE. <br />Attest: <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City. <br />B. MYERS <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City. <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution this 15th day of December, <br />1930; <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />I3ayor of the City of Redwfood City. <br />The City Attorney explained in regard to an ordinance he had prepared regulating the <br />use of public streets for laying pipes and conduits, etc., and, upon motion of <br />Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the ordinance was regularly <br />introduced. <br />Councilman McCarthy explained about his meeting with the Emerald Lake people when they <br />discussed their fire protection proposition at Lhe High School. <br />
