351 <br />i <br />t <br />numbered consecutively, beginning with the number "one", inclusive and <br />shall be substantially in the following form, to -wit: <br />Coupon No. <br />The City of Redwood City, California, will pay to the bearer <br />hereof, on the second day of , 19 , at the office of the Treas- <br />urer of said City the sum of T_____being t4e semi-innual interest <br />due on Improvement Bond No. , Series No. <br />Dated: <br />Treasurer of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Said bonds shall fortlntith be delivered to the Contractor in <br />satisfaction of the balance due upon the assessment and warrant. <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing order and resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced and adopted by the -Council of the City of <br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of January, <br />1931, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen H A Beeger, W J Dusel; C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, <br />P A McCarthy, G W McNulty, D R Stafford. <br />Noes: Councilmen NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen NONE. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Attest: <br />B. MRS <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City. <br />The City Manager brought up for consideration of the Council the purchase of an <br />Addressograph with supplies, and an accounting machine, indicating that the <br />former would be around $1,000 or $1;100'including'the supplies, and the latter <br />with a possible maximum of about 01,500. As $2,000 had already been appropriated <br />for this in the budget, the City Manager was informally instructed to go ahead. <br />Councilman McCarthy inquired concerning the existence of an ordinance pertaining to <br />bicycle riders and especially to their riding at night without lights. The <br />City Attorney was instructed to ascertain if there was an ordinance regulating <br />this and if not to suggest one. <br />The approved bills were ordered paid, upon motion of Qouncilman Hildebrant, seconded by <br />Councilman McNulty. <br />On motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dusel, the reports were <br />ordered received and filed. <br />Adjournment to January 12th at 7:30 pm. <br />City <br />S <br />DOD <br />
