Councilman McCarthy inquired concerning the existence of an ordinance pertaining to bicycle riders and especially to their riding at night without lights. The City Attorney was instructed to ascertain if there was an ordinance regulating this and if not to suggest one. The approved bills were ordered paid, upon motion of Qouncilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McNulty.
