354, WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for hearing thereon was duly given by posting, publishing and mailing, as required by laws as appears from the affidavits of B.E. Myers and L.C. Benning, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mentioned, no objec- tions of any kind were made against said'assessments; and WHEREAS, said Council. of the City of Redwood City has now acquired jurisdiction thereon: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, Oountlr.of San Mateo, State of California, that the assessment above mentioned for street work done under Resolution of Intention No. 1I-12 hereinbefore referred to herein be and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the Superintendent of Streets of said City of Redwood City is hereby directed to attach a warraht thereto and deliver stone to the contractor, as required by law.
