After <br />discussion Councilman Dusel, seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered the <br />following resolution covering the assessments under this Resolution of Intention: <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STREET ASSESSMENT NO. M-12. <br />WHEREAS, the assessment for street vrork done under that certain <br />contract dated the 10th day of September*. 1930, between W.O. TYSON, the <br />party of the first part, and C.L. DIMMITT, as Superintendent of Streets <br />of the City of Redwood'City, party of the second -part, for the doing of <br />all street work`mentioned and' described in Resolution of Intention No.. <br />M-12, passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redivood City on <br />the 21st day of July; 1930, and now ori file in the office of the Clerk <br />of said City, to which RQsolution of Intontion reference is hereby made <br />for a description of said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />said City of Redwood City on the 26th day of December 1930; and <br />WHEREAS, said City Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 12th day <br />of January, 1931, at the hour of 7e3O'olcloek P.M. of said day, at the <br />meeting place of the Council of the City of Redwood City, in the Council <br />Chamber in the City Hall on, Webster Street"in said City, as the time and <br />place of hearing on said assessment, as required by law, and as the time <br />and place for making'vrritten objections thereto, as provided for in the <br />Improvement Act of 1911; and <br />35.3 <br />
