<br />The City Attorney presented easement and right o£ way from the California Pacific
<br />Title & Trust Company for the laying, maintaining, repairing and replacing
<br />of water pipes, whereupon Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman
<br />LtcNulty, offered the following resolution accepting this easement and right
<br />of way and instructing the City Clerk to have it recorded:
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the
<br />hereunto annexed deed, dated the 14th day of January, 1931, and made
<br />between the CALIFORNIA PACIFIC TITLE & TRUST COMPANY, a corporation,
<br />first party, and the C1.TY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of
<br />the State of California, second party, be and the same is hereby accepted
<br />by the City of Redwood City and the Clerk of this Council is hereby
<br />ordered to have the same recorded in the office of the County Recorder
<br />of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
<br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
<br />regularly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City
<br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of January, 1931, by
<br />the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing ire solution,
<br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, W J Dusel, C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, P A McCarthy,

<br />The City Attorney presented a dead from R. G. and Lillian Dunckel granting certain
<br />property in connection with the opening of Warwick Street, whereupon Councilman
<br />McNulty, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, offered the following resolution
<br />accepting this deed and instructing the City Clerk to have the deed recorded.
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the
<br />hereunto annexed deed, dated the 30th day of December, 1930, and made
<br />between R.G. DUNCKEL and LILLIAN DUNCKEL, his wife, first parties, and
<br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of Cal-
<br />ifornia, second party, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City
<br />of Redwood City and the Clerk of this Council is hereby ordered to
<br />have the same recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the
<br />County of San rmteo, State of California.
