I� RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the hereunto annexed deed, dated the 25th day of April, 1929, and made between LEONARD & HOLT, a corporation, first party, and the TOWN OF REDAOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, second party, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of xedwood City and the Clerk of this Council is hereby ordered to have the same recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of January, 1931, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, Councilmen: H A Bee_ger, W J Dusel, C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, P A McCarthy, G W McNulty, D R Stafford. The City Engineer was instructed to remove the pepper tree near Finger Creek on the Highvray. The City Attorney explained that under Resolution of Intention M-120 Mr. Tyson had performed the work satisfactorily, that it had been accepted by the City and that he was entitled to a payment of $7,000.00 under the contract. Upon motion of Councilman Hinman, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, the claim of. Mr. Tyson was approved and ordered paid. The approved claims were ordered paid on motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McNulty. Adjournment. I.V. City i 359
