AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS, PRESCRIBING TRE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND OF THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO. 35 WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Calif- ornia, did, on the 30th day of July, 1928, pass its Resolution of Intention No.K-6 for the improvement of portions of Jackson Avenue, Adams Street, Clinton Street, Cleveland Street, Fulton Street,and Harrison A-tanu6, in said Town of Redwood City, under and pursuant to the the provisions of the "Improvement Bond Act of 1911" and/amendments theeto, and to the "Improv- ement Bond Act of 1915" and the amendments thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Council duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention No& x-6 being hereby expressly made for a description of said work and for further particul- ars; and WHEREAS, the vontract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and there- after duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent and of said Council of said Town of Redwood City, whereupon an assessment and warrant were made, recorded and del- ivered to the assignee of the contractor in time, form and manner as required by said acts, and the assignee of the contractor having made due return thereon, and the same having been duly recorded; and WHEREAS, on the 4th day of February, 1929, the Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood City, made and filed with the Town Clerk of said Town a complete list of all assess- ments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said Town Clerk gave notice o± the filing of said list and fixed in said notice Monday the 18th day of February, 1929 at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the Cou- niil of the Town of Redwood City in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town, as the time and place when interested persons might appear before said Council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, said time being that of this regular meeting of said Council;'and said Council having heard all objections and having passed upon the same, it is hereby determined that the assessments unpaid thereunder and aggregate amount of the same are as follows: As s.t.
