<br />City do ordain as follows, to -wit:
<br />SECTION 1. Subdivision 45 of Sec-
<br />tion 9 of an ordinance of the Town of
<br />Redwood City entitled, 'Ordinance No.
<br />210 An Ordinance licensing for the pur
<br />pose of regulation and revenue, every
<br />kind of lawful busin Ois hereinafter
<br />specideil, transacted or carried within
<br />the limits of the Town of Redwood
<br />City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, fiVing the rate of license
<br />tae upon the same, and providing for
<br />the collection of said •license tae, and
<br />providing .% punishment for carrying on
<br />same without a license, and repealing
<br />Ordinance No. 108" passed and adopted
<br />by theBoardof Trustees of the Town
<br />'
<br />of Redwood City on the 22nd day o
<br />July, 1920, is hereby amended to read
<br />as follows, to -wit:

<br />,furniture, building materials, anerchan-
<br />dise or other goods or commodities of
<br />nny kind, where the Person delivering
<br />does not pay a license under any other
<br />provision of this ordinance the sum
<br />of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars per Year,
<br />payable yearly, Deliveries herein re,
<br />'ferrel to are those made with ar, auto-
<br />mobile or other vehicle.
<br />SECTION 2, All ordinances in con-
<br />flict with this ordinance are hereby re-
<br />pealed.
<br />SECTpON 3, This o•dinande shall
<br />be published once In the Redwood City
<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper publish-
<br />ed, printed and circulated in said Town
<br />of Redwood City and shall take effect
<br />and be in, force from and after 30 days
<br />after Its passage.
