'WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Llateo, State of Calif- ornia, did, on the ;0th day of July, 1928, pass its Resolution of Intention No.K-6 for the imnroveinent of portions of Jackson Avenue, Adams Street, Clinton Street, Cleveland Street, �zlton Street,and Harrison Avenue, in said Town of Redwood City, under and pursuant to the the provisions of the "Improvement Bond Act of 1911" and amendments theeto, and to the "Improv- ement Bond Act of 1915" and the amendments thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Council duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention No. X-6 being hereby es.pressly made for a description of said work and for further particul- ars; and WHEREAS, the vontract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and there- after duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent and of said Council of said Town of Redwood City, whereupon an assessment and warrant were made, recorded and del- ivered to the assignee of the contracto_ in time, form and manner as required by said acts, and the assignee of the contractor having made due return thereon, and the same having been duly recorded; and WHEREAS, on the 4th day of February, 1929, the Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood City, made and filed with the Town Clerk of said Town a complete list of all assess- ments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said Town Clerk gave notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said notice L_onday the 18th day of February, 1929 at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the Cou- niil of the Town of Redwood City in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town, as the time and pace when interested persons might appear before said Council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon_ the security of the unraid assessments shown on said list, said time being that of this regular meeting of said Council; and said Council having heard all objections and having passed upon the same, it is hereby determined that the assessments unpaid thereunder and aggregate amount of the same are as follows: Asst.No. Amount.
