Section 2. Said bonds shall be issued in series, and the unpaid assessments as shown on said list filed by the Superintendent of Streets and determined by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, together with the interest thereon, shall remain and cons- titue a trust fund for the redemption and payment of said bonds and the interest to be- come due thereon, I which unpaid assessment shall be payable in annual series corresoonding in number to the number of series of bonds issued, and an ven proportion of each assess- ment shall be payable in each year proceeding the date of the maturity of each of the 3 several series of bonds issued, and such proportion of each assessment comimg due in anyyear, together with annual interest thereon, shall be payable in installments as the general taxes of said city on real property are payable, delinquent at ' the same time and in the same proportionate amounts and bear the same proprtionate pen- anities for delinquency. Said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said Town of Redwood City and be countersigned by the Clerk of said Town, who shall affix thereto the corporate seal of said Town, The interest coupons attached to said bonds shall be signed by the Tress- urer of said Town or bear his engraved, printed lithographed signature, and such signing and sealing of said bonds by said offevers, and the signing of said j;
