NJ <br />a <br />coupons by.s aid Treasurer, shall constitute and be a binding execution of each and every 37 <br />one on said bonds and all of the coupons thereof respectively. Said bonds shall be sub- <br />stantially in the form set forth in the «Improvement Bond Act of 1915" of the State of <br />California, as amended and now in effect. <br />The interest coupons attached to said bonds and evidencing the interest to accrue <br />and become due thereon shall be numbered consecutively, beginning with the number "one" <br />includive, and shall be substantially in the following form, to -wit: <br />Coupon No. <br />The Town of Redwood City, California, will pay to the bearer hereof on <br />. <br />the second day of <br />urer of said Town, the sum of 0 <br />est due on Improvement Bond No@ <br />mo - <br />, 19 , at the office of the Treas- <br />, being the semi-annual inter- <br />, of Series No.' . <br />Tresurer or the Town of <br />Redwood City. <br />Said bonds shall forthwith be delivered to assignee of the contractor in satis- <br />faction of the balance due upon the assessment and warrant. <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing order and resolution was duly and regularly <br />introduced and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting <br />thereof held on the 18th day of February, 1929, by the following vote: <br />Ayes, Councilmen: <br />Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford,, G.W.McNulty, E.M.Dearborn, I^ice* <br />4 <br />NOES41', Councilmen, <br />NONE <br />r. <br />Absent, Councilmen. <br />H.A.Beeger <br />Approved: <br />f <br />W. Motion carried. <br />AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS <br />AND OF THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO. <br />If <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Bal- <br />ifornia, did, on the 30th day of July, 1928, pass its Resolution of Intention No.K-7, for <br />the improvement. of 'portions of Duane Street and Cleveland Street in said Town of Redwood <br />City, under and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" and the amend- <br />ments thereto, and to the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" and the amendments thereto, and to <br />the resolutions , notices and other proceedings of said Council duly adopted and taken, <br />reference to said Resolutionof Intention No. K-7 being hereby expressly made for a descrip- <br />tion of said work and for further particulars; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and there- <br />after duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street @uperintendent add of said Council <br />
