38 of said.C.ouncil of said Town of Redwood City, whereupon an assessment and warrant were made recorded and delivered to the assignee of the contractor in time, form and manner as required I, by said acts, and the assignee of the contractor having made due returne thereon and the. same having been duly recorded; and WEBRBA,S, on the 4th day of February, 1929, the Street Superintendent of the 'Town of Redwood City made and filed with the Town Clerk of said Town a complete list of all assess- ments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said Town Clerkgave notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said notice Monday, the 18th day of F February, 1929 at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. ofsaid day, at thecmeeting place of the Coun- cil of the Town of Redwood City in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town, as the time and place when interested persons might appear before said Coundil I and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, said tibme being that of this regular meeting of said Council; and said Council having heard all objections and having passed upon same, it is hereby determined that the assessments unpaid thereunder and the aggregate amount of the same are as follows: 'Asst.No. Amount. THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the Council of the Town of Redwood City does order as follows, to -wit: Section 1.
