<br />Affidavits of publication and posting notice of filing unpaid assessment list H-12,
<br />for streets in Central Park, were ordered received and filed, upon motion of
<br />Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman McCarthy; whereupon, Councilman Beeger,
<br />seconded by Councilman McNulty, offered the following resolution providing for the
<br />issuance of street bonds for this work:

<br />' PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND OF THE INTEREST �^

<br />TMREAS, the Council of the City of'Redwood City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, did, on the 21st day of Uuly, 1930, pass
<br />and adopt its Resolution of intention No, M-12 for the improvements of a
<br />portion of Hawes Street, Myrtle Street, Nevada Street, Opal Street,
<br />Quartz Street, rearl Street, Ramona Avenue, Madisdn A-trenue, Vera Avenue,
<br />Avenue del Ora, and Union Place in'said City of Redwood City, under and
<br />pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act oV 1911, and amendments
<br />thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other pro-
<br />oeedings of said Council duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resol-
<br />ution of Intention No. U-12 being hereby expressly made for a description
<br />of said work and for further particulars; and
<br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly
<br />awarded and thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street
<br />Superintendent and Council of said City of Redwood City, whereupon an
<br />assessment and warrant were made, recorded and delivered to the contractor
<br />in time, form and manner as required by said Acts, and the dontractor
<br />having made due return thereon, and the same having been duly recorded;
<br />and
<br />AREAS, on the 17th day of February, 1931, the Street Superin-
<br />tendent of the City of Redwood City made and filed with the City Clerk
<br />of said City a complete list of assessments unpaid thereunder upon the
<br />respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said City Clerk gave
<br />notice of the filing of said unpaid list and fixed in said notice Monday
<br />the 2nd day of March, 1931, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the
<br />meeting place of the Council of the City of Redwood City, in the Council
<br />Chamber in the City Hall on Webster Street in said City, as the time and
<br />place when interested persons might appear before said City Council and
<br />show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid
<br />assessments shown on said list, said time being that of this regular
<br />meeting of said Council;'and said Council having hea"rd all objections
<br />and passed upon the same, it is hereby determined that the assessments
<br />unpaid thereunder and the aggregate amount of the same are as follows:
