1 <br />t <br />The City Attorney explained about a discrepency in the recent business license ordinance <br />and, upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman McNulty, an amendment <br />was introduced at this meeting. <br />The approved claims were ordered paid, on motion of Councilman Mcihllty, seconded by <br />Councilman Hildebrant. <br />It was suggested that the Clerk prepare a calendar of the unfinishod business, to be brought <br />up each meeting. <br />Adjournment to 7:30 P.M., March 23, 1931. <br />! ments are to be done Ulm ,..a...,, <br />or to the district to be assessed <br />for said work and improvements, <br />may appear before said Council <br />of the City of Redwood City and <br />show cause why said proposed <br />work and improvements should <br />not be carried out in accordance <br />with, said Resolution of Intention <br />No. N-2, or why said work and <br />improvements should not be car- <br />ried out and done at the grades <br />as shown on the plans, profiles <br />and detailed drawings referred to <br />herein. <br />The Redwood City Tribune, a, <br />daily newspaper published, print- <br />ed and circulated in said City of <br />Redwood City, is hereby desig- <br />nated as the newspaper in which <br />to publish this Resolution of In- <br />tention as required by law, and <br />the Cleric of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby ordered and di- <br />rected to cause this Resolution <br />of Intention to be published inl <br />said newspaper twice as required <br />by law. <br />The Street Superintendent of <br />the City of Redwood City shall <br />cause notices of the passage of: <br />this Resolution of Intention to be <br />posted in time, form, manner and <br />number as required by law. <br />Passed and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood <br />City at a regular meeting thereof <br />held on the 16th day of March, <br />1631, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the pas- <br />sage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: H. A. Beeger, W. J,. <br />Dusel, C. J. Hildebrant, E. B. <br />Hinman, P. A. McCarthy, G. W <br />McNulty, D. R.
