Upon motion of Councilman Dusel, seconded by Councilman Hinman, the City Collector <br />was authorized to make refunds <br />aid cancel <br />charges as called for <br />in the <br />communication. <br />Upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, <br />seconded <br />by Councilman Beeger, <br />$50.00 <br />was appropriated <br />for donation to the Girl Scouts. <br />A. J. Stebenne, representing the Eagles in their application for help with the circus which <br />they were sponsoring, asked for certain leeway in putting up bills about the City and, <br />after considerable discussion on the part of the Council and"the Building Inspector, <br />Councilman Hinman, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, moved that they be allowed to <br />post the circus bills in two designated places.
