RESOLVED, that said Council of .the City of Redwood City hereby <br />rejects all bf said proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned <br />and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said im- <br />provements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, to wit: <br />` W 0 TYSON, at the prices named in HIS bid. <br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this <br />award twice in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, <br />printed and circulated in said City of Redwood City, and hereby desig- <br />nated for that purpose by the Council of said City. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City -of Redwood City <br />at the hour of 8:45 o'clock p.m. at a regular meeting thereof held on <br />the 20th day of April, 1931, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: H A Beeger, 19 J Dusel, C J Hildebrant, E B Hinman, P A McCarthy, <br />G W McNulty, D R Stafford. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: None. <br />Absent: Councilmen None. <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />Attest: <br />B-E MYERS <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />1931. <br />Il . <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution this 20th day of April, <br />DANIEL R STAFFORD <br />Mayor of the City.of Redwood'City <br />399 <br />
