flayor Stafford reported in his investigation of the cemetery situation that he found
<br />the property had been deeded to the Governor of the State in trust with the
<br />provision that thero should be no expense to the State for maintenance. If the
<br />original cemetery organization is not operating now it would be necessary for
<br />the people whose relatives are buried there to maintain the cemetery. The klayor
<br />indicated it might be necessary for the City to bring suit to quiet title and perhaps
<br />take over the propertys
