<br />office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, and
<br />-VMREAS, at the day, hour and place aforesaid, when and where any and all persons
<br />having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of
<br />Intention No. Z-2, or having any objections to the district to be assessed therefor, or hav-
<br />ing any objections to the proposed grades at which said work and improvements are to be done
<br />and made, could appear before the Council of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why
<br />said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with Resolution
<br />of Intention No. L-2, or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out
<br />and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and spe-
<br />cifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No.L-29 to the extent of the dis-
<br />trict to be assessed therefor, and said Council now having acquired jurisdiction to order
<br />said work and improvements:
