Councilman Stafford offers Ordinance No. 294, (An ordinance calling a special election in the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said Town the proposition to incur a bonded indebtedness to pay the cost of we.h6ainimtftnhciba1 kmpr6v6mehts in and for said Town, the cost of which will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of said Town, and also submitting to the qualified voters of said Town of Redwood City the, proposition of whether the charter proposed by the Board of fifteen freeholders elected by voters of said Town of Redwood City on the 15th day of November, 1928, and which said -0 proposed charter was filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Redwood City on the 7th day of February, 1929, shall be approved by the qualified voters of said Town.)and moves its 3ftp6auction, Councilman McNulty, seconds the motion, Motion carried.
