i <br />t <br />On motion of Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman Christensen, the City Attorney was <br />instructed to draw up an ordinance which would prohibit the so-called "pin games". <br />On motion of Councilman Jones, seconded by Councilman.Eva,.Councilman Christensen was <br />given permission to leave the State. <br />The City Attorney presented the request of frank V., Kington, asking the Council to re- <br />pudiate the agreement already made in the Ruellan case and to pay the claimant the <br />full amount of the damages. On motion of Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman <br />Jones, it was decided to deny the request. <br />The departmental reports were ordered filed. <br />The approved claims were ordered paid on motion.of Councilman Jones, seconded by Council- <br />man Fletcher. <br />Adjournment. <br />a. e. <br />City Clerk <br />
