The text of. -every ordinance or charter' <br />amendment shall. also be displayed at the polling booth in such <br />elections; PROVIDED, further, that the validity of an ordinance <br />or charter amendment approved.by the electors.shall.not be .. <br />questioned because. of errors or irregularities in such mailing, <br />distribution or display. <br />Resolution unanimously passed. <br />Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman McNulty, moved the adoption of resolution <br />proposing that there be added to the City Charter a new section to be <br />numbered and to read as follows, to -wit: <br />Section. . ASSESSMENT AND .COLLECT.ION. OP TAXES <br />33Y COUNTY DISCRETIONARY..
