<br />miscellaneous tools and equipment now owned by said Emerald Lake Water Company, and

<br />Kensington Square, all of the various numbered subdivisions of the Highlands of Emerald

<br />subdivisions and resubdivisions,,gre,,,shown aMA,the records of San-Uateo County, State
<br />of California.
<br />Be it further resolved by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the
<br />necessary and proper steps be taken by the City Attorney of said City before the Rail—
<br />road Commission of the State of California for the purpose of securing the consent of
<br />said Railroad Commission to transfer the properties of the Emerald Lake Water Company,
<br />a corporation, to the City of Redwood City.
