<br />Parcel 2. Commencing at a point in the northwesterly line of a road-
<br />way, said point being located and described as bearing N. x+50 0821 E. 246.98 feet
<br />and N. 440.5121 W. 30.0 feet from the most southerly corner common to Lots 1 and
<br />5 of'Block 33, shown on the map of Oak Knoll Manor, filed May 10, 1916, in Book
<br />10 of Maps at Pages 4 to 11 inclusive; -Thence from said point of beginning along
