M. <br />i Upon roll call, the following Councilmen were present: Mayor, Paul A. McCarthy, L. C. <br />Christensen, J. M. Eva, E. A. Pletcher, Wm. Hohn, R. N. Jones and City Clerk, B. E. <br />Myers. Absent: Councilman Geo. W. McNulty. <br />The Redwood Highlands Company, in a letter, and personally represented by W. Welbanks, <br />1' <br />asked permission to divide Lot 6, Block 7, Oak Knoll Manor, into two equal lots of <br />approximately 49.34 feet frontage. On motion of Councilman Pletcher, seconded by <br />Councilman Jones, permission was given with the understanding that the Planning <br />Commission had approved the application. <br />a: <br />Ludwig Werder, representing William Werder, and others, asked permission to move toward <br />the back of the lot a temporary office building on Lot 30 Block 4 of Dingee Park, <br />t <br />fronting on E1 Camino Real. On motion of Councilman Eva, seconded by Councilman <br />Fletcher, permission was granted with the understanding that the Planning Commission <br />approve, and that when adding the extra office building that it comply with all the <br />regular building requirements. <br />The Clerk was asked to put on the Agenda for the meeting of October 19 consideration of <br />the Tacoma Mill Company Deed for extension of Rogers Street. <br />Councilman Pletcher thought it desirable that the Greyhound busses arrange for a separate <br />station similar to stations in Palo Alto and other cities. Mayor McCarthy, with the <br />consent of the Council, suggested that Councilman Fletcher interview the Greyhound <br />people about this. <br />Adjournment. <br />City Clerk <br />BEM: MR / <br />
