<br />� and Councilman Jones thought it more desirable for the City to establish a bus line
<br />of its own.
<br />The City Clerk called the attention of the Council to the fact that before the end of March
<br />it would be necessary to decide whether or not to continue the contract with the gar-
<br />bage company or to take over its equipment. The matter was referred to the City
<br />Manager for his recommendation.
<br />The City Manager submitte(I'Plans and Specifications for P.F.A. project for accessory con-
<br />struction to the wharf and transit shed at the Harbor with an estimated cost of
<br />$27,000. Accordingly, Councilman Fletcher, seconded.by Councilman.Eva, proposed the
<br />following resolution to adopt the plsns•and,specificati8no as submitted by the City
<br />Manager. Carried.
