<br />Council of the City duly and regularly held at the regular meeting
<br />place thereof on the 27th day of September, 1937, of which meetinguall
<br />of the members of said Council.had due notice and at which a majority
<br />thereof was present; that at said meeting said resolution was intro-
<br />duced by Councilman Jones and read in full and was thereupon, upon
<br />motion of Councilman Jones, Seconded by Councilman McNulty, adopted by
<br />the following vote:

<br />That I have carefully compared the same with the original minutes
<br />of said meeting on file and of record in my office and that said
<br />resolution is duly entered of record in Book 17 of Minutes at pages
<br />.326 t627, inclusive, and said resolution is a full, true and correct
<br />copy of the original resolution adopted at said meeting and entered
<br />in said minutes. That said resolution has not been amended, modified
<br />or rescinded since the date of its adoption and the same is now in
<br />full force and effect.

<br />Following this, Councilman Jones, seconded by Councilman MoNulty, proposed the
<br />adoption of the second resolution for the acquisition, construction and com-
<br />pletion of an electrical distribution system, enabling the city administration
<br />either to negotiate with the corporation or to build a separate system. Upon
<br />roll call, this resolution also was adopted unanimously but with the same
<br />exception on the part of Councilmen Christensen, Eva, and Fletcher as recorded
<br />on the previous resolution.
