AN ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, INCLUDNG LANDS RIGHTS OF WAY,
<br />EASEMENTS, POLES, LINES, WIRES, CONDUITS, TRANSFORM!lERSY METERS,
<br />SUB -STATIONS, INSULATORS, SWITCHES DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE WIRES,
<br />FI%TURES, APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT, AND ALL OTHER WORKS; PROPERTY OR
<br />STRUCTURES NECESSARY OR CONVENIENT FOR DISTRIBUTING ELECTRIC ENERGY
<br />TO SAID'CITY AND ITS INHABITANTS FOR LIGHT, HEAT ANDPOWER, THE COST
<br />OF WHICH MUNICIPAL I1TPROVEMENT IS AND WILL BE TOO GREAT TO BE PAID
<br />OUT OF THE ORDINARY ANNUAL INCOME AND REVENUE OF SAID CITY.
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City, as follows:
<br />Section 1. That the public interest and necessity demand the
<br />acquisit on, construction and completion of the following municipal
<br />improvement of said City, to wit: An electric distribution system
<br />including lands, rights of way, easements, poles, lines, wires, conduits,
<br />transformers, meters, sub -stations, insulators, switches, distribution
<br />and service wires, fixtures, apparatus and equipment, and all other
<br />works, property or structures necessary or convenient for distribut-
<br />ing electric energy to said City and its inhabitants for light, heat
<br />and power.
<br />Section 2. That said municipal improvement is necessary and
<br />convennentto carry out the objects, purposes and powers of said City.
<br />Section 3. That the estimated cost of said municipal improvement
<br />is $51-5,000, and that the cost of said municipal improvement is and
<br />will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and
<br />revenue of said City.
<br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of September, 1937, by the
<br />following vote:
<br />Ayes, Councilmen L. C. Christensen, J. M. Eva, E. A. Fletcher
<br />Wm. Hohn, Robt. N. Jones, Geo. W. McNulty,
<br />and Mayor Paul A. McCarthy.
<br />Noes: Councilmen None
<br />Absent: Councilmen None

<br />was present; that at said meeting said resolution was introduced by
<br />Councilman Jones and read in full and was thereupon, upon motion of
<br />Councilman Jones, seconded by Councilman McNulty, adopted by the follow-
<br />ing vote:
