370 <br />NI <br />There was received and ordered filed an application by the Pacific Gas and Electric <br />Company for Electric Franchise. Following this, Councilman Fletcher, seconded <br />by Councilman McNulty, proposed the adoption of "Resolution of Intention to <br />Grant Electric Franchise° to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and setting <br />March 21 as the time for a public hearing thereon. Carried. <br />There was received and ordered filed an application by the Pacific Gas and Electric <br />Company for Gas Franchise. Following this, Councilman Fletcher, seconded by <br />Councilman Christensen, proposed the adoption of "Resolution of Intention to <br />Grant Gas Franchise" to the Pacific Gas & Electric Company, setting March 21 <br />as the time for a public hearing thereon.
